Shirmp & Chorizo Bites
Slice your Chorizo and fry with a splash of honey until the chorizo crystalizes. Place chorizo on a skewer or toothpick. Fry up the shrimp in some butter, a little bit of garlic. Fry about 5 minutes or until the shrimp are nice and tender. Toss shrimp with a dash of cayenne and parsley. Thread the shrimp onto the skewer! Mmmmm



Mini Burgers on a Stick
Cut 2 circles out of a bun
Place one on toothpick followed by crisp lettuce, small piece of crisp bacon, followed by a meatball, small slice of cheddar cheese, the last piece of bun and top it off with a half a cherry tomato! Voila!
